We resolve up to 80 % of problems remotely, which saves time and money and keeps downtime short. For remote support we use TeamViewer QuickSupport, which you download straight from our Support page. When an on-site visit is needed, an administrator comes according to the agreed schedule, or exceptionally within 2 hours on business days.

A VPN creates an encrypted tunnel through which employees connect securely to the company network from home or on the road. We use AES-256 encryption, two-factor authentication and the IPsec, OpenVPN and WireGuard protocols. Yes, if we choose a local model. It runs on your own server, so neither the content of queries nor the documents leave the company, and the solution works even without an internet connection. With public cloud services the data goes to the provider, so for sensitive matters we recommend the local option and also go through GDPR duties.
