We have provided IT services since 1999 and our clients include companies of all sizes, educational institutions and public authorities. Most engagements last for years – with network management that is an advantage for both sides, because knowing a particular infrastructure is what cuts the time to resolve an outage from hours to minutes.
The range of clients is fairly broad, and that is no accident: a company with ten computers, a municipal authority and a manufacturer with branch offices need different scopes of service, but they run into the same themes – backups nobody has tested, servers out of warranty, remote access that is not available, and security dealt with only after an incident.
Technology firms tend to have their own development teams and mainly need reliable foundations from us – virtualized server infrastructure and a stable network, so they can concentrate on their product.
For authorities and schools the first priority is security and personal data protection, separating public-facing networks from internal systems, and verifiable backups.
Small and medium companies make up most of our client base. For them we typically handle complete network management on a flat fee, including VPN for work from home and for branch offices.
Besides services for clients we also develop and run our own applications – the eIntranet.net company intranet, the RemoAcc.com accounting tool, the i-bezpecne.cz portal and the eiJobs.net job portal. We operate them long term and at our own expense, so web application development does not end at handover for us – we know what it takes to run, back up and update an application for years.
